CCC - Space Warped 03

So one nice thing about collaborating with Malezore on this comic is, even though I can't start new stuff until I get my new computer, I didn't have to start anything for a new Space Warped page. Malezor sent this over a couple days ago and I got to work coloring.

Here we get our first good look at the Time Lord, a character Malezor and I designed together to fill a certain role in the comic. I'm pretty happy with the final result. I think he has a very striking design, and I love how he comes across here in the comic. I hope you guys like him, too.

Near Pokédex M052 - Meowth

So this about wraps up the stuff I had drawn and scanned before my laptop quit on me, meaning I'm not too sure how many more updates I'll be able to provide until my new one comes in (and that's turned into a whole 'nother story). I'm going to keep working on my comic pages, but it could be a while before I have another new post for you guys. As for commissions, I have four total right now that I will jump into as soon as I am able.

As for this picture itself, I liked the idea of Meowth's love for shiny coins making them into cheap whores that roam the city in the evenings and nights. I don't know if or when I'll do a female version, but if I do there'll probably be a similar theme to it. I had a very clear image in this one of Meowth facing the viewer with a look of pure joy while he played with the coins, but unfortunately executing that idea meant we didn't get to see too much of his body here.

I have a few ideas for other Pokédex entries once I get my new computer, many of which are based off ideas people have sent me (like this one was). I enjoy hearing what Pokémon you guys want to see in the series. One I'm thinking about doing next is a female Arbok (though I'm still trying to decide if I want her to have legs), though I have a few options I'm looking at. Since it appears I'll have a long time to think about it, I guess I don't have to make any decisions right away.

Commission - Kai

This is another commission, this time one that was only done at the lineart stage (for financial reasons). The client wanted to see Kai dominating Mako and General Iroh, all from Avatar: The Legend of Korra. I only watched the first season or two of this show, so I never met Kai and barely knew Iroh, but hopefully fans of this show (and young boys topping men) will enjoy this picture.

Commission - Gotenks x Vegito

So some of you may have read in the cBox that I recently ran into computer problems. A few months ago I had to have the power jack in my laptop reattached, and the other day that fix broke and now my computer can't charge anymore. I've decided it's time to get a new one, and it should be arriving later this week. Until then I'm continuing to work on my backup computer, but since this computer doesn't like my scanner it means I can only work on stuff I already had drawn and scanned before my main computer stopped working. Luckily I had a few things in the works, so hopefully I can continue updating until the new laptop comes in.

This is another out of my recent batch of commissions. This time I was presented with a handful of options from the client, who wanted to see a younger boy fucking a grown man (I had one other upcoming commission that shared this theme). Of the pairings presented to me, Gotenks and Vegito intrigued me the most. These characters never met in the show (by the time Goku and Vegeta fused into Vegito, Gotenks had already been absorbed by Buu), but maybe this took place at some point in the Dragonball Multiverse reality where Vegito never unfused. If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it. ^_^;

The client wanted some dirty talk, and gave me some outlines for it. Based on the suggestions given to me I cobbled this exchange together, which I think works for the characters. I like both Vegito and Gotenks, and hopefully I can get around to using them both in other pairings in the future.

Commission - Scrafty Analingus

So recently I decided to reopen my commissions for a limited number of people (I have to do this, as it was pretty quickly that I had more than five commissions on my plate). Because of this I may be a bit slow with some updates as, other than my upcoming comic posts (which are also commissions), I've put all my current projects aside to focus on these for the time being. If it looks like updates might take a while, as a couple of the commissions I got could take a while, then I might try putting out a real fast Near Pokédex entry or something. We'll see how it goes.

This time the client asked for a picture of a generic male trainer giving analingus to his male Scrafty. I was asked to zoom out from what was visible in the reference picture so that we could see the Scrafty's feet, and I also made sure the trainer's body was visible as well (in the reference image, the guy licking was mostly a head and hands). The client also paid a little extra for a close-up shot of the rimjob.

I'm looking forward to some day doing more with Scrafty, as this Pokémon is one of those I think will make a great entry for both the male and female Pokédex. I don't know when I'll get to do either of those, or even which will be first, but I think Scrafty are really cute either way.

Near Pokédex F122 - Ms. Mime

So for this Pokédex entry I decided to try something different. This is by far the most tweaking I've done with a Pokémon's design, but I kind of wanted to see how a unique model for a female Mr. Mime might look. The actual Mr. Mime design is not only very male looking, but looks male in a way that I don't think would translate well to a female character. Some Pokémon that look like a specific gender but can actually be both male and femae (Gardevoir being a good example I've already drawn both ways) are ambiguous enough that there's not much change needed for either design. Others like Machoke look very male, but slapping some tits on and slimming the build slightly was enough for me to feel that one looked female. Mr. Mime had other problems... Mostly the hair, which may not even be hair. It looks like hair, though, and while I actually like bald women I don't care for the look of a girl with Mr. Mime's hair. I'm not sure I can explain it beyond that.

So, beyond the typical changes I've been making to proportions of the Pokémon, I thought it'd be best to translate Mr. Mime's two tufts of hair into pigtails, giving Ms. Mime (also the only Pokémon I've had to rename) a full head of hair that her male counterpart will not have if and when I draw him. Given how much shit I've gotten over design changes on Pokémon like Machoke and Voltorb, I'm expecting a lot of people will not be happy with Ms. Mime, either, but I can't say I care. I set out to tackle a problem Pokémon I felt I had a solution for, and I did it my way.

Commission - Legacy

I should preface this post by saying I haven't read or closely followed DC Comics in years. I tried very hard to stick with them through the New 52 reboot, but it was very difficult as I disliked many of the titles I had read before the reboot. Several of the comics I enjoyed in the new universe were cancelled, or became worse, and I basically fell out of the habit of reading comics. So, even when things sounded like they were picking up, or something happened I thought I would enjoy, because I was no longer used to going to the comic shop and walking away with armloads of materials I never bought them. So my knowledge on recent events in comics is second-hand at best, but I'll try and provide background for this picture.

I chose to do this commission as a favor to the client, who was one of the first people to commission me (and the first to do so consistently). If you go back and look at my older commissioned stuff, anytime you see pegging or superhero couples sharing partners, that was him. He actually commissioned a few small comics from me (one featuring the Fantastic Four in an orgy with the the Inhumans, one with Superman and Lois swinging with Mr. Miracle and Big Barda). Neither of those comics will likely ever see the light of day, though, as I had planned to release them as an anthology with future commissions from him, but that fell apart and they're horribly outdated now.

In this picture, the idea was for the new Superboy and Robin to be getting fucked by their mothers/mother figures (we decided Catwoman was more recognizable/likable than Talia). The new Superboy featured here is Jonathan Kent/White, the son of Superman and Lois raised in an alternate universe after they escaped the cataclysm of the reboot. I've read a little bit of Lois & Clark, the title that introduces him as a character, and I think the new title pairing him up with Batman's son Damian could be a lot of fun. Lois here is sporting her new MILFy haircut from that series, for those of you used to her having longer hair.

Due to the size of this commission, and how unreasonably long it took me to work through it, I wanted to wait until it was behind me before I opened commissions again. So, now that this is done and published, I'll be temporarily opening the doors to new commissions. All of the information for that is on the sidebar.

KP - Ride Along

Kim Possible is one of those shows I rarely seem to get around to, just because I have too many ideas for it and I don't want to get sucked into a black hole of just drawing Kim Possible forever. Since there are so many other artists doing great KP work out there, that never bothers me, but one character I don't think I've ever seen used is Heather (no last name I could find).

In the episode "And the Mole-Rat Will Be CGI", Kim and Ron catch the attention of a Hollywood director, who gets two big name actors to shadow them so he can make a movie based on Kim's life. Kim's actress is Heather, who appears to be an A-list celebrity in their world (despite not being mentioned before or after this episode, to my knowledge). Unlike a lot of similar plots in other shows, Kim and Heather seem to get along famously (no pun intended) most of the episode. Kim has a few hang-ups that seem to mostly be jealousy over Heather's popularity, but they never quarrel or anything, which is refreshing. Since Heather's job in the episode is to learn everything she can about being Kim Possible, I thought I'd look into what other things Kim might have shown her to help her get into character.

While early access isn't something I advertise on my Patreon, $5+ patrons did get to see the full-sized version of this pic yesterday evening when I first finished it.

NHML - Delilah

So we got to the second month of doing a "Near Hentai Monthly Lady" (good god that name is cumbersome). This month's pick was Delilah from Gate, an anime I'm aware of but have never seen. I ended up doing some research on it for this pic, and seeing a little bit of the show, and I don't think it's anything I'll want to be watching anytime soon. It's filled to the brim with cute anime girls with some really lovely designs (which is dangerous for me), but the show's tone and atmosphere seem very mean-spirited and bitter. Even the scenes I watched that were meant to be happy or humurous rubbed me the wrong way, I just can't imagine enjoying a show like this.

Delilah here has two main designs she appears in during the anime; a waitress and a warrior. Of the two designs I decided to use her waitress one, since it seems she uses that look more often in the show, plus I thought it was cuter and offered more reasonable set-ups for a pic. The show's cast is split mostly between cute JRPG characters and military characters, so I paired her up with four faceless military guys.

For some reason I'm having trouble getting started on the NHMS. I've started drawing it four or five times and keep scrapping what I come up with. Hopefully I'll be able to wrap something up before the end of the month, but it may have been a mistake to try and do two features like this.

If you would like to nominate a lady for next month, feel free to start at any time. I'll be compiling the list of nominees, and like this month I'll do the raffle on the first of August. I look forward to seeing who's nominated this time around!

Near Pokédex M252 - Treecko

So for some reason I recently got on a Yoshi kick, and I just got really into Yoshi porn. At the time I toyed with the idea of making some myself, and I still might, but from that kind of sprung this Treecko entry into the Near Pokédex.

I wasn't into Pokémon anymore during the time Treecko was introduced, but I think the design is pretty cute. I watched the episode(s) of the anime where Ash gets his Treecko, and the way they move in the show is adorable. There's a whole tribe of Treecko running around, hopping from tree to tree.

I don't know what sort of updates will be coming up soon, I've been sort of aimlessly jumping from project to project without feeling much passion for any of them. Whatever I end up working on, though, I hope you guys will like it.

CCC - Space Warped 02

Here's the second page of the prologue to Space Warped. In this page Goten and Trunks are sucked into a mysterious blue portal, where they find themselves in a mysterious castle and meet a mysterious nude blue figure. It's all very mysterious.

I had fun with this page, Malezor did a great job with the interior shot, and I like the overall look of the page. We get to find out a bit more about what's going on in the next page, which will hopefully be here before too long.

Commission - July 24 02

Alright, so ever since the last round of comic updates I've been working on July 24, Sleepover Raid and A Trip to the Past. Basically I've split my regular ongoings into two groups of three, my original comics and my commissions. Of the commission batch, the next page of July 24 was by far the simplest. It has less than half as many panels as the other two, so it finished considerably earlier than they did. The good news there for fans of either Sleepover Raid or A Trip to the Past, though, is that now I am working on one fewer page than I was before, so hopefully they'll both move along faster now. For those wanting an update, both pages are still in the inking stages, but are very close to being ready to color. Of course, once they're 100% done they'll be popping up here soon, but I want to say that asking about them has absolutely zero effect on how fast they come out. I appreciate that people are excited for the next pages of comics, but I already work on them as quickly as I am able without ruining my life or driving myself crazy, and besides that the only people I owe anything to are the individuals who commissioned them (who, by the way, are more patient than many of the people getting these comics they paid for for free).

I know people who follow this comic may be disappointed to see that we're still in the exposition stages, but this is the pace the client wanted for his comic. He didn't pay for too many build-up pages, though, and there is some more hardcore material on the next page, which will come around once I've worked through the rest of my comic workload. Like with the other comics, though, asking or prodding for the next page changes nothing about how fast it is worked on or when it will come out.

Near Pokédex F282 - Gardevoir

Some of you may remember not too long ago when I posted a male Gardevoir Pokédex entry. Many people seemed to like it, but a handful lost their shit over it. At the time I was planning to do this pic very soon afterwards, to establish that Pokédex entries could be filled for both the male and female side of the same Pokémon. However, due to the reaction the male one got, I decided it would be best to wait and not give the impression that I was subject to the whims of angry shouters. Instead, Charmander got to be the first to show up on both the NPM and NPF.

I had some difficulty with this one, as I wanted to do a different pose than the male entry, but Gardevoir's dress-like attire was causing me problems. I ended up doing something very similar, but I tried to vary the pose up here and there where I could. I'm pretty happy with the new entry, and I hope you guys will like her, too.

Nearphotison's Patreon Page

For a long time, I put off joining the Patreon crowd. I don't fully understand the system, and I don't entirely trust the Patreon staff, but I'm giving it a test run. While I've never been comfortable taking people's money (even in standard commissions), I've been asked more than once how people can support me. I don't think it's fair to those people to make it difficult to do so.

I want to be clear that I don't intend to change anything about how this blog operates. Patrons will get certain benefits like larger scale versions of pictures and/or access to in-progress pictures (like the preview bar on the side of the blog, only the full pictures). Everything will still be posted at the same size and the same time as they always have, though, so there's no pressure to come give me money if you don't want to.

I don't have high expectations for this, and I don't want to make anyone feel like they have to support me on Patreon. This might well be the last time I even mention it, but I wanted to make it well known that I was doing this. I appreciate all of you who come to my blog and leave comments and the like, and that's plenty of support from my perspective. :)

CCC - Space Warped 01

I had mentioned that this comic would move at a different pace than the ones I do solo, and here's good evidence of that. Malezor got the lineart to me pretty quickly, and in turn it didn't take me too long to get it colored. So, now we're officially in the prologue to Space Warped.

I don't want to get people's hopes up too high, though, as crossover goodness many of you are looking for isn't going to be in the prologue. We need to set up how the crossover happens first, but we're doing our best to get this essential plot stuff published and out there quickly so we can move on to real "meat" of the story.

In site-related news, updates of any kind are going to be few and far between for a little while, as I have another convention I'm attending. Afterwards I'll be visiting some friends, so for the next couple weeks (until about the 15th) I won't be able to work the same way I usually do. I'm going to try and get as much done as possible during that time, but if I go a few days without posting anything, that's why.

MOTU - In-Cest

Hopefully you can't tell, but this is an old picture. I first drew this in November of 2014, and it's been sitting incomplete in my work folder ever since. For some reason I got the urge to come back to this one, so I cleaned up the art a bit and sketched up a background (in 2014 I was still mostly using gradients and the like). I'm actually really happy with the final result; I think it holds up better than I had originally expected.

The Master of the Universe franchise is one I'm always surprised I haven't done more art of. This was one of my earliest cartoon relationships, and it was basically everything Dragon Ball Z is to me now before DBZ had entered my life. I was very young when I first watched stuff like He-Man, She-Ra, Thundercats and Voltron (these four shows are forever tied to my memory for that reason, despite only two of them having anything to do with one another). Perhaps it's just how long I've known these shows that keeps me from thinking to draw them more often, like how I keep wanting to do more Hannah-Barbera cartoons but only seem to fart out one or two Scooby-Doo pics a year.

In 2014 I had a newfound love affair with Filmation's cartoons. Not just He-Man and She-Ra, but also BraveStarr and Blackstar. I tried to watch some of their older action cartoons in the same vein as these shows, but for some reason had a hard time finding them (even Blackstar and BraveStarr were hard to get my hands on). I really love the corny, goofy charm of these shows, and of course the large cast of colorful characters with the bodies cut from marble. I could probably base my entire career just drawing the women of He-Man and She-Ra, if I wanted to. I really should come back to this franchise more often.

Comic Crossover Collab - Space Warped 00

So recently I agreed to start collaborating with my buddy Malezor on a comic idea he had. Many of you around here probably know Malezor as the mind behind the A Trip to the Past comic, which he wrote and commissioned, but he's a talented artist in his own right. He had this great idea of taking Goten and Trunks and sending them skipping across different worlds, and that's the basic premise here of Space Warped. I don't want to get to deep into the details, but I think the cover here says a lot more than I could, anyway.

Malezor is picking up art duties, while I'm providing colors, though neither of us are working completely autonomously (we're both here to correct each other where needed). Since it's Malezor's idea he's also taking the lead on the script, but I'm helping out there a little as well. I'm very optimistic about our ability to work together, as things have gone incredibly smoothly so far and we seem to have very similar tastes and ideas as to where to take this thing.

Obviously this is a very big project, but I'm confident that working together we can handle it. This comic won't be updating in rotation like my other ones, since it'll mostly depend on when Malezor is able to get the lineart to me, so those of you excited for this (like I am) shouldn't have to wait around as long as fans of my other comics.
